Small is Beautiful – colour
I deliberately make small prints to encourage the viewer to engage with and look closer at the subject and detail of the photograph.
The images are presented at a similar scale to how I see them at the time of taking, whether that be on the screen of a mobile phone, the ground glass of a traditional film camera or through a viewfinder.
Many of the more recent photos in this project are taken on an iPhone – I run a hands-on, practical photography workshop where you can learn how to set up and take pictures like this.
The photographs are giclée printed on heavyweight, museum-quality archival art paper with archival inks meaning that they will continue to look good for many years to come.
An ongoing project — open edition — giclée prints available from £35.
